Web design & maintenance

I build the site.
Then I keep it running.

Working websites and product demos, shipped fast, across fintech, ed-tech, health and home-services — not templates with your logo swapped in. Then a maintenance plan so it doesn't go stale the week after launch.

Two separate things, priced separately

A build and a retainer solve different problems — bundling them into one vague "package" is how scope creep happens. Here they're split on purpose.

Build

Web Design

A new site, landing page, or working product demo — designed and built from a blank page, not a theme.

  • Landing & marketing pages
Single page, one clear conversion goal.
  • Multi-page sites
Full site structure — pricing, blog, docs, whatever the business needs.
  • Interactive product demos
Working prototypes people can actually click through, not static mockups.
Retainer

Maintenance

The site keeps working after launch — content changes, small features, and someone checking it's actually still up.

  • Content & copy updates
Pricing changes, new sections, seasonal updates.
  • Small feature additions
A new form, a new page, a new integration.
  • Monitoring
Uptime and broken-link checks, fixed before a customer notices.
Process

Four steps, no six-week discovery phase

01

Scope it

One call or a written brief — what the site needs to do, not a 40-slide deck.

02

Build it

A working version, not wireframes — you're reacting to something real within days.

03

Refine it

A short revision round against the live build, not endless comment threads.

04

Keep it running

Ship, then hand off — or move straight into a maintenance retainer.

FAQ

Before you ask

How long does a build actually take?

A landing page is usually days, not weeks. A multi-page site or product demo depends on scope — confirmed upfront before work starts, not discovered halfway through.

Who owns the code afterward?

You do. No lock-in to a proprietary builder — it's plain code you can hand to anyone.

What if I only need the build, not the retainer?

Completely fine — the two are priced separately for exactly this reason. Plenty of clients take the build and handle updates themselves.

What if I want to leave the maintenance plan?

No minimum term. Cancel anytime — you keep the site exactly as it stands.

How many revisions are included in a build?

One structured revision round against the live build is included; scoped upfront so it's clear what's in and out before we start.
